What is Lens Replacement?

Scratches happen and prescriptions change! We get it. That’s why we offer high-quality lens replacement at an affordable price. With the latest lens technology, our expert lab technicians can re-lens any brand of frames from antique specs to designer shades. Our lenses are custom cut to fit your frames with whatever prescription you need – from single vision, progressive, bifocals, and transition.

I have a pair of Ray-Ban's, do you accept all brand's frames?

Absolutely! All brands and all frames are accepted. We will gladly replace the lenses on your beloved Ray-Ban (or any name-brand frame you have) frames! Come on by and we will put new lenses in the frames you love.

My prescription just changed. Can I return or exchange?

Although we do not accept returns on the lenses, we do stand by a complete satisfaction guarantee on all lenses. If, within the first 30 days of receiving the lenses, they are not working for you based on the prescription you provided, we will re-make the lenses correctly for you, at no charge. We do require a valid Rx from your eye care provider.

How does Lens Replacement work?

We keep it simple. Come see us at Optical Gallery PGA at 4505 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. As soon as you drop off your frames, we get to work. We’ll start cutting the lenses, assembling the frames, and then our team performs a through quality inspection. If all looks good, your better than new frames will be back in your hands (and on your face) quickly. It’s that easy.

How long will it take to get my new lenses?

The entire process generally takes 5 to 7 business days from the date you drop off your frames.

Can you replace the lenses in Amazon Echo or Bose glasses?

Yes, we can replace the lenses in both the Amazon Echo and Bose, as long as they are audio only. Because of the sensitivity of the product, we will ask you to sign a waiver allowing us to feel comfortable working on them.
